What counts as a task?

One job: your Team Lead plans it, a specialist does it, and your Team Lead checks it. Tasks are counted when work starts. A deep task uses 3 tasks and is included on Growth and Pro. Asking for changes that start another job uses more tasks.

What are the limits on each plan?

Starter: 60 tasks a month, up to 2,000 words per request, no deep tasks. Growth: 200 tasks a month, up to 3,000 words per request, deep tasks allowed (3 tasks each). Pro: 450 tasks a month, up to 3,000 words per request, deep tasks allowed (3 tasks each). 7-day trial allowance: 15 tasks in total, at most 5 on any one day. Reserving does not start a trial.

What happens when I reach my limit?

New work pauses at your monthly limit until your next billing period. Your current allowance does not include buying extra tasks. Reaching a limit does not automatically charge you extra. Daily limits reset at midnight Eastern time.

No. You choose your industry and answer guided questions about your business to set up your team. The app examples do not connect to your accounts. You do not need code or API keys for business setup.

Where does my data go?

Prism uses outside services for accounts, storage, AI work, service emails, and billing. AI work requires sending the business context and task content needed for the job to an AI provider. The app examples do not connect to your accounts. Do not put passwords, card details, or sensitive information about other people in task requests. The privacy pages explain provider handling; the privacy policy is still a draft.

What is hands-on versus hands-off?

The example shows two workflows: hands-on asks you to approve first; hands-off gives the team more independence. Trying the example changes no account settings and sends nothing. Always check AI work before using it.

Can my staff use it too?

Separate staff logins and team roles are not verified for customer use. If your company has 100 or more employees, contact us about a custom setup and quote. That conversation is not a promise of team seats or extra features.
