Cost and limits
The approved offer is a 7-day trial with a hard usage limit. A card is required to start it, and the plan you pick is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel in Plan & Billing. The working customer trial is coming; it is not available for real AI work today. The trial is not unlimited.
The approved monthly prices are Starter $29, Growth $79 and Pro $179. Every plan must have a hard usage limit. See the Pricing page for the plan information.
Real customer billing and working customer AI tasks are coming. A test checkout is not a live subscription.
The planned usage unit is one job: the Team Lead plans it, one specialist does it, and the Team Lead checks it. A deeper job counts as 3 tasks. Customer AI work is coming, so this describes the usage model, not a task you can run today.
The required behavior is a hard stop at the usage limit: the team must not keep running beyond your allowance. Customer AI work and its live usage controls are coming.
Paid top-ups are coming. Test-mode top-ups are not real purchases. Usage warning emails are not available today; do not rely on an email to track your allowance.
Live subscription management is coming. The billing flow is in test mode, so we cannot describe it as a working real-payment cancellation flow yet. For billing questions, email support.
Trust and data
Customer AI work is coming. When it is enabled, business answers and task text needed for the job will be sent to the AI provider to produce the work. Do not assume your information stays only inside Prism.
Read How your information is used and the Privacy Policy before sharing business information.
Only share what the team needs to understand the job. An online store can describe a product without a buyer’s address. A trades company can describe a job without a customer’s phone number. A finance firm can explain a reminder without account numbers. A shop can plan a promotion without uploading its customer list.
Questions about your information? Email us.
The finance page shows examples such as document checklists and reminder wording. Customer AI work is coming. Treat AI output as a draft to check, not professional tax, legal or investment advice.
Do not share account numbers, passwords or sensitive client records just to get wording for a checklist or reminder. Keep a qualified person responsible for decisions and anything sent to clients.
Do not assume that only you and the AI team can access information used to provide the service. The privacy and data-use pages explain the service providers involved.
We are not making an unverified promise here about AI training, retention or exclusive access. Read the Privacy Policy and data-use page, or ask support before sharing sensitive information.
Self-service export is coming. A working customer account deletion flow is not verified today, so we cannot promise that a Settings button will remove your account or all related information.
For an information or account request, email support. See the Privacy Policy for the applicable details.
What the team can do
Today you can explore example teams and sample drafts on the public site. Customer AI work is coming; even text tasks are not running for customers yet.
The planned workflow is simple: the Team Lead plans a job, a specialist does it, and the Team Lead checks it before you review it. Example jobs include product descriptions, quote follow-up drafts, client checklists and seasonal promotion wording. These are examples, not completed customer work.
Not today. Customer text drafts are coming, and sending emails, posting to social accounts and updating outside apps are coming too. The sample drafts on the site do not send or publish anything.
A draft is not a sent message. Until connected actions are available, you would need to review a finished draft and send or publish it yourself.
These customer workflows are coming. Hands-on is designed for checking work along the way. Hands-off is designed for reviewing a finished result rather than every intermediate step.
Connected sending and publishing are coming soon. In the hands-on workflow, you review and approve before anything goes out.
Read the work against what you asked for. Check names, dates, amounts, links, and any claim about your business. Approving should mean you are comfortable with it, not just that it sounds polished.
If something needs to change, say exactly what. For example: "Use our Saturday hours, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and remove the discount."
Say three things: the goal, the details that matter, and what a good finished result looks like. For example: "Write a friendly reminder for clients who have not sent their receipts. Keep it under 100 words. We close for the holidays on December 20."
No. Prism’s team members are AI workers. Their faces are AI-made pictures, not real people.
Self-service business profile changes and a working customer team are coming. For help with information you have already submitted, email us and explain what needs to change. Do not include passwords or sensitive customer details.
Learning automatically from your edits and approvals is coming too; do not assume an earlier example or draft has updated itself.
Prism is designed to organize a whole job: a Team Lead plans it, specialists do their parts, and the Team Lead reviews it. You make the decisions rather than managing each specialist separately.
That customer workflow is coming. The public examples show the idea, not a live team completing your business work.
Image creation, image editing and video creation for customers are coming. Background removal, flyers, ad images and short promotional videos are not available customer tools today.
Media credit pricing is coming too. Do not assume these jobs are included in a text task allowance or that unlimited media is included.
Working customer app connections are coming. Store updates, inbox replies, appointment changes and invoice follow-ups are not available connected actions today.
The planned setup uses a Connect button and the app’s own login. Customers will not be asked to write code or handle keys. Connection permissions and disconnect controls are coming with those integrations.
Launching and managing customer ad campaigns is coming. Prism cannot run ads in your accounts today. Ad spending controls and approval steps must be in place before that feature becomes available.
Web research for customer teams and spreadsheet uploads, cleanup, charts and file output are coming. These are not available customer tools today.
A sample report on the site is not proof that Prism has searched current sources or processed your business files.
Scheduled customer work and morning reports are coming. Prism does not currently keep customer jobs running overnight or send a verified daily work report.
Time-saved tracking is coming too. We do not have a measured time-savings result to promise.
Getting started
Prism is a subscription website designed to give your business its own AI team: a boss called the Team Lead and at least five specialists. The public site shows example teams and work. Customer AI work is coming; it is not switched on today.
The specialists report to the Team Lead. The Team Lead reports to you, and you make the decisions.
Prism is for businesses in general. Explore the example teams for E-commerce, Skilled trades, Finance and Retail.
Each industry has its own roles, sample tasks and wording. Customer AI work is coming. If your business does not fit one of these fields, email support and describe what you need.
Start with an industry example on the homepage and compare the plans on the Pricing page. Account setup and customer AI work are coming; the full sign-up-to-working-team flow is not available today.
Prism is designed for owners who do not want to handle code or keys. The customer workflow is coming. App connections are also coming and will use a Connect button, not a request for you to copy keys or write code.
The login page is on the site, but the working customer account and portal flow is coming. Do not assume that reaching the login page means your AI team is active.
The password reset page is on the site, but working account recovery is coming. Reset email delivery is not verified today.
If you are stuck, email support. Never send your password.
Staff invitations, separate team-member logins and permission levels are coming. Do not assume that any current plan includes working staff seats. Do not share a password as a substitute.
You can browse the public examples on a phone. The working customer setup and approval flow is coming; we do not have a verified setup time to promise.
Text messages and push alerts for completed work are coming. They are not available today.
Search this help page for the task or feature you need. Features marked coming are not available today.
Email help@prismworkforce.ai with what you were trying to do. Do not include passwords, payment card details or private customer records. We do not promise a response time here.
